Job Description

Project Role Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The candidate will be responsible for understanding user requirements, creating user-centered designs, and delivering visually appealing interfaces for web and application platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in user experience design, visual design, and communication, along with hands-on experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and other UI/UX tools.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design

• Understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct user research, user journey mapping, and usability analysis.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for applications and digital platforms.

User Interface Design

• Design visually appealing UI layouts, screens, and components for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure designs follow modern UI/UX principles and responsive design standards.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and branding.

Design Tools & Creativity

• Create design assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for product features.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to refine design requirements.
• Present design concepts and explain design decisions clearly.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to improve design quality.

Usability & Quality

• Ensure designs provide smooth navigation and enhanced user experience.
• Participate in usability testing and design improvements.
• Continuously improve product usability and accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Good understanding of responsive and modern web design practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to understand design implementation.
• Experience working on enterprise applications or product-based platforms.
